His journey began in the trenches of digital marketing, where he witnessed a frustrating reality. Small Muslim-owned businesses—from the kedai runcit in Perak to the modest e-commerce store in Jakarta—were being left behind. They couldn't afford the expensive automation tools that larger corporations used to dominate. They couldn't hire armies of customer service staff. They were losing customers simply because they couldn't reply fast enough.
This wasn't just a business problem. It was an ummah problem.
In 2024, Ahmad founded Ahmad AI with a radical idea: what if the most powerful AI technology wasn't locked behind enterprise paywalls? What if a small business owner in Kelantan could access the same intelligent automation as a Fortune 500 company?
Ahmad leads Ahmad AI from Ipoh, proving that world-class tech companies don't need to be in Silicon Valley or Singapore. They just need vision, determination, and an unshakeable commitment to serving their community.
