Ahmad AI — The Autonomous Marketing Operating System

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ahmad AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our web dashboard, AI marketing agents, WhatsApp conversational services, and all third-party platform integrations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2Description of Service

Ahmad AI provides an autonomous marketing operating system powered by 11 specialized AI agents. Our service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Automated AI marketing agents for SEO, content, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and analytics.
  • Social media management and publishing across Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
  • Campaign creation and optimization through the Meta Marketing API.
  • Automated conversational AI via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
  • Customer support and query resolution through AI-powered chat.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3Platform Authorization

By connecting your business assets to Ahmad AI, you confirm and represent that:

  • aYou own or have authorized admin rights to all business assets you connect, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, ad accounts, and WhatsApp Business numbers.
  • bYou are solely responsible for all content published through Ahmad AI on your behalf, whether initiated manually or through autonomous agent mode.
  • cYou have the legal authority to grant Ahmad AI permission to access, manage, and interact with these business assets on your behalf.
  • dYou will not connect assets belonging to third parties without their explicit written authorization.

4User Consent & Opt-In

By sending a message to our WhatsApp business number, you actively consent to receive replies from us.

Opt-In: You agree to receive messages related to your inquiries, as well as service updates.

Marketing Messages: We will only send promotional messages if you have explicitly opted in to receive them.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving messages from us at any time by replying with the keyword STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL. Upon receiving this command, we will cease sending you automated messages.

5Third-Party API Integrations

Ahmad AI integrates with the following third-party platforms to deliver its services:

  • Meta Graph API

    Facebook Pages management, content publishing, engagement analytics

  • Instagram API

    Instagram Business content management and insights

  • Meta Marketing API

    Ad campaign creation, management, and performance optimization

  • WhatsApp Cloud API

    Conversational AI, customer support, and business messaging

Important: Ahmad AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent technology provider that integrates with Meta's publicly available APIs.

Your use of these third-party services is also governed by their respective terms. You are responsible for complying with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, and WhatsApp Business Terms.

6Autonomous Agent Mode

Ahmad AI offers an autonomous publishing mode that allows AI agents to take actions on your behalf (e.g., publishing content, scheduling campaigns, responding to messages). By enabling this feature:

  • Autonomous publishing requires explicit opt-in — it is never enabled by default.
  • You maintain full control over automation settings, including which agents can act autonomously, which platforms they can publish to, and what types of content they can create.
  • You can disable autonomous mode at any time from your dashboard settings, which will immediately halt all autonomous agent actions.
  • You remain fully responsible for all content published by autonomous agents acting on your behalf, including any consequences arising from such content.

Ahmad AI provides approval workflows and content review options that allow you to review agent-generated content before publication, even in autonomous mode.

7User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Send content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful through any of our services or connected platforms.
  • Spam our service with excessive messages or attempt to disrupt the stability of our AI agents or infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use our platform to violate Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, or WhatsApp Business Policy.

8AI Disclaimer

Portions of our service utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses, create content, and manage campaigns.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses and content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. Please verify critical information independently.

No Professional Advice: Information provided by our AI agents does not constitute professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

Content Review: You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated marketing content before it is published to ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (specifically the laws of Malaysia):

  • Ahmad AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
  • We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in message delivery via WhatsApp, content publishing on Meta/Instagram, or ad campaign delivery through the Marketing API.
  • We shall not be liable for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including marketing copy, campaign suggestions, or automated responses.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Ahmad AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, policy changes, API deprecations, or service outages by Meta, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

10Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Ahmad AI platform, including but not limited to our AI models, algorithms, user interface designs, branding, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Ahmad AI.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the platform. By using our service, you grant Ahmad AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested.

11Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unauthorized use of the service, or breached any applicable third-party platform policies.

Upon termination, we will delete your platform access tokens and cease all automated actions on your behalf. You may request complete data deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.
